Depending on your business requirements, PressONE has several different reporting levels in which to choose:

  • Lite – Includes Endpoint Stats (information on every user to be monitored) and Supervisor Stats (“Login” user with access to standard reporting).
  • Standard – Includes all Lite level stats as well as Call Center Agent Stats (any member of a queue in addition to endpoint stats) and advanced Supervisor  Stats  (“Login” user with access to standard reporting as well as specific reporting for Hunt Groups, Queues & Agents).
  • Premium – Includes all Standard level stats as well as additional features not available in any other plans.
