Analog:
 

The basic feature set required for any device is the Analog Station set. This is used for a number of applications including:

  • FAX machines
  • Modems
  • Basic Analog or residential applications
  • Remote end points connecting to a traditional PBX or Key System
Basic:

The general business user typically requires the Basic Digital feature set. These allow a user to handle multiple calls, conference, transfer calls and more. . The Basic Digital feature set requires the use of SIP compatible device. The specific capabilities may vary depending upon the device being used.

 
Enhanced:

Enhanced features are for the more demanding user who requires mobility, flexibility and the ability to handle many calls at once. The Enhanced feature set requires the use of SIP compatible device. The specific capabilities may vary depending upon the device being used.

 
Webportal:

The web portal expands on the Voice Mail and Enhanced feature set adding Web access/control and TAPI Compatibility. The enhanced Digital feature set and Voice Mail are pre requisites for any user desiring the Web Portal.
