Meet-Me Conferencing provides the ability to schedule Meet-Me Conference calls
or find an available time for a conference call in the PressOne system, if
allowed by the system administrator. The Find feature allows any user, who
may have forgotten the information for a Meet-Me Conference, to search for
information about the conference.
The Web Portal also provides one-step conferencing. While in an existing call,
a user can add another party with one-click selection from the directory or
by entering the other party's phone number. The conference is established automatically
without putting the current call on hold and pressing the Conference button.
