CALL FORWARDING

This feature allows a user to forward a line on the phone to another station or external number. This way, when someone dials the original extension, the call will be received at the station or number selected by the user when programming the forwarding.

The Desktop Portal’s optional Call Screening feature, also known as the Personal Attendant Manager (PAM), lets you set specific actions for specific phone numbers whenever you receive a call from that phone number. The actions include:
